The adventure’s about to kick off under the glow of Hanoi’s city lights! You’ll get picked up this evening from your accommodation for the short transfer to the Hanoi train station. Board your sleeper train and begin the overnight journey to the eclectic frontier township of Sapa, safe in the knowledge that your local guide will be waiting for you at Lao Cai train station in Sapa. Kick back and relax as you head north through the scenic Vietnamese countryside and let the hum and clack of the train tracks lull you to sleep.
Day 2: Sapa (Lao Chai Ta Van Villages)
As day breaks we arrive at the station, and you’ll meet with your local guide before heading off for breakfast in Sapa. After you’ve filled your belly, your guide will lead you on an epic trek through the mountainous region.
