Last Minute Bookings Terms & Conditions

1. What is a Last Minute Booking?
Tours departing less than 15 days from the booking date need to be confirmed by our Reservations Team for logistical reasons. A booking request will be taken and once it is confirmed by one of our agents, we will send you the booking confirmation.

2. When and how will my booking be fully confirmed?
One of our agents will contact you via email or telephone to confirm the booking within 48 hours.

3. What does it mean for an amount to be pre-authorised on my card?
The trip total will be temporarily “locked” on your account but no funds will be debited until the booking is confirmed. If the booking doesn’t get confirmed, the funds will be released.

4. What if the departure is not available?
If the booking cannot be accommodated we will get in touch to let you know, and the pre-authorised amount on your card will be released back to you. We might offer you an alternative departure if available.
