Day 1

We head east toward Olympos, a Shangri-La earthly paradise for travellers. En route we stop in Kas for a chance to grab some lunch, swim and wander this quaint little town. We’ll arrive into Olympos where you’ll be checked into your treehouse, before feasting on locally sourced food for dinner. Afterwards, the Hangar bar awaits and the evening starts to take shape here with a finish in the Bull bar, an outdoor club on site. (D)

Day 2

If you’re seeking WOW moments, an early morning swim at the secluded Olympos Beach would be high on your list. The walk through Lycian ruins, over babbling brooks of clean fresh water to the beach is a highlight in itself. Back to the treehouse for buffet breakfast, you have some free time to enjoy this harmonious place. With so many options to consider from rock climbing and fishing trips to lazing on the beach, exploring the nearby ancient ruins or visitng the flames of the chymyra this will be a day to remember! (B, D)

Day 3

Say goodbye to the Med as our trip heads slowly inland, through mountains and dreamlike expanses of openness. Konya and its Mevlana typify its status as the spiritual capital of the country. This is where we’ll introduce you to the Dervish orders and the Seljuk cultures. It’s then on to visit a Sultanhani, which in essence was the first styled roadside motel. Completely intact, it will open up a world of ancient travel stories along the Silk Road. At sunset, Cappadocia looms large... After check in and a swim in the oasis pool, our hosts will prepare a BBQ with Efes beer on hand. (B)

Day 4

Good morning Cappadocia! Swim first then breakfast, or breakfast then a swim? This day is dedicated to the  sites of Cappadocia. Underground cities where the detail of life beneath the earth becomes real. We’ll visit an awesome open air museum in Zelve, where your Guide will show you  the pigeon caves, the fairy chimneys and  a pottery display where you get the chance to form your own pot! There are lookouts and castles all fully guided (plus lunch) to complete a great day out. The oasis beckons, so it’s back for more Efes and swimming. Tonight you’re free to eat at the oasis or in the local town where we stay. (B)

Day 5

Today we’re proud to be able to show you the unknown highlights of Cappadocia. Off the beaten track towns, ancient preserved churches, caves, aqueducts, stunning lush shady valley walks, lunch and to finish, a typical Cappadocia house with relics dating back 1000’s of years. After another rewarding day, its back to the oasis for swimming and relaxing, maybe a Turkish bath, before an evening of Turkish culture - whirling dervishes, belly dancing - the lot! (B)

Day 6

Up early and off to Istanbul via Lake Tuz, one of the largest salt lakes in the world. Turkey has the most incredible vistas to dream at, and Lake Tuz is no different and a great spot to take those clever trick perspective photos. After this inspiring stop its back to Istanbul for a shisha pipe and drinks.

Day 7

Trip finishes after breakfast. Link up with another Busabout Adventure. (B)
