When you show your booking number and your passport at the check-in desk, you will be given a boarding-card which serves as your admission card to the aircraft. Since this card does not indicate any seat number and passengers board the plane in the order of checking in, we recommend all passengers be at the check-in desk as early as possible: 2 hours before the scheduled departure time, when our desks open, is best. However, you must check in at least 30 minutes before take-off, otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will be accepted for travel. Following the additional security controls, we recommend arriving at the check-in counter 2 hours before your departure.
Your tour guide will be at the head of the check-in queue 2 hours before the scheduled take-off time to provide you with the relevant documentation to check-in - dont forget your passport!
