You can reach us by crossing the Rhone River by foot (approximately 40 minutes) or by getting the city bus ligne 11 (sunday ligne 70). From El Prat Airport you can jump on a train which takes about 30 minutes to get you into the centre and costs €2.80. Take the RENFE service and get off at Sants Estació. Once you're there you have to change to the metro system. Find the green metro line and take it in direction 'Canyelles' and get off at Liceu. Exit the metro station and onto Las Ramblas heading down towards the sea. After a short walk you'll will see the street 'Nou de la Rambla' on your right hand side, the hostel is number 91.
If you are coming from Girona airport you need to take the bus that brings you to Estació del Nort at Barcelona city centre. Ryanair prepare and coordinate these buses with each flight. The bus takes 1h and 15 minutes and costs about €12. Once you are in Estació del Nord (the main bus station of the city) you need to get out of the station to find the metro system. Take the red metro line and get off at Plaça Catalunya, where you change lines to the green line. Take the green line direction to Zona Universitaria and get off at Liceu. The metro ride takes you 15 min and cost you 1,35 euros. Exit the metro Station Liceu and follow the same directions as above.

From the Airport: The quickest option is to take the shuttle bus to 'Schwedenplatz' (€7). The cheapest option is to take the S-Bahn to Bahnhof (train station) Wien Mitte (€3.60). From both you can then take the U4 direction Hütteldorf to 'Kettenbrückengasse'. Leave the station in the same direction the train was driving. Cross over Kettenbrückengasse and Rechte Wienzeile. Turn left and walk the last 100 meters to wombat’s CITY HOSTEL Vienna at 'The Naschmarkt'. Travel time approx. 40 minutes.
The 'City Airport Train' (CAT) is a couple of minutes faster than the S-Bahn but costs €10 (return ticket: €18). The CAT-Ticket is not valid for the U-Bahn.

Getting to Niederau is very straight forward Train: Niederau is accessible by train from Innsbruck), Munich or Salzburg. Catch the train direct to Woergl. From there you can jump on the bus outside at bus stop H sign posted Niederau/Auffach, which will drop you in Niederau in about 20 mins outside the Spar supermarket. (You will pass the hostel with the old sign 'Gasthaus Margit' written on the wall as you enter Niederau on your right hand side) Just walk back on yourself round the corner from where the bus came from about 100m and it is opposite the Sports Klaus hotel. Number 191. ( The hostel still has the old name 'Gasthaus Margit' written on the side so look out for that!)
