Day 2: Can Tho to Cai Rang to Ho Chi Minh
It’s an early start, however that’s why we came. Today we take a morning boat trip and visit Cai Răng floating market, the liveliest in the whole religion. Get amongst the hustle and bustle of this wholesale floating market, and grab a fresh coconut or coffee from the local boat sellers while you cruise along. From here we’ll head to a local producer of Vietnamese vermicelli and see how it’s made. Afterwards there’s the option to take a bike ride through the local area (well worth it), before cruising back to Can Tho for lunch before heading on back to HCMC. (B)
