- Location 2 is in a private villa on the village highs, with spectacular view.

Directions : The front office is on the Village main street Via Colombo 94, 3 minutes from the railroad Riomaggiore Station. As soon as you are out of the train station, turn right and walk through the tunnel and then turn right and walk up on the hill and you are Via Colombo.
They offer a variety of accommodations, including: dormitories for 6 to 10 persons with en suite bathroom and cooking facilities, family rooms for 4 to 5 persons either en suite or shared bathrooms, private double rooms with either en suite or shared bathrooms and apartments for 4 persons with kitchen and bathroom, some of which have either balconies or terraces with spectacular sea views.

Our property is located in an historical building right down the street from the main train station La Spezia Centrale. A perfect location to visit the beautiful Cinque Terre, only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants, bars, pubs, museums and the main shopping area.

Directions : Directions: Walk right down the street from the train station and find VIA PALEOCAPA 4 ,it is only 2 minutes walk , ring FAZIOLI ORLANDI , next to HOTEL VENEZIA.
The bus stop is on the next street which will take you all over La Spezia and the bay area (Lerici Tellaro PORTOVENERE SARZANA) The boat tour to Cinque Terre, Portofino, Palmaria Isle, also leaves from the marina, a 10 minute stroll along the pedestrian malls. We have four rooms all ensuite just renovated with new forniture, new bathrooms and great beds AC, TV, fridge and hair dryer. A tasteful decoration that make it a home away from home! By train is only a short ride to Cinque Terre (about 10 minutes), to Pisa about an hour, Florence less than two hours and to Rome only four hours.
