Our Flying Pig Uptown Hostel is located right in the middle of Amsterdam next to the Leidseplein, the square famous for its street artists and a huge variety of clubs, pubs, coffeeshops and restaurants. The hostel is located in a typical old-Amsterdam mansion, overlooking the Vondelpark. It is known for its great mix between a laidback atmosphere and the real Amsterdam party vibes.

**This hostel has just  had a facelift and is all sparkly and new! It has been refurbished and looks great although we did want to make you aware that there are a couple of areas that are being finished off like the self catering kitchen.  Unless you are looking for a hostel with a kitchen this should not deter you from booking here as all major construction is finished.  They hope to be up and running completely by June.**
