Day 1: London to Munich
Check in to our Busabout Office 7-11 Bressenden Place in London Victoria ready to depart at 6pm for your coach journey over to Munich. We take the ferry from Dover to Calais so be sure to grab some snacks for the journey.
Day 2: Arrive Munich
We arrive at the campsite in Munich mid-afternoon where you will be allocated your pre-pitched tent. Once settled your Guide will take you on an orientation walk of the city. You can either head to the Beer Hall to warm up for the festival or just chill out and explore the city at your own pace. Shuttles will run until 11pm from Munich to the campsite.
Day 3: Beerfest!
Into Munich for the opening of the festival. Your Guide will make sure you are in the right place at the right time. Regular shuttles run back to the campsite every hour until 11pm.
Day 4: Munich
After grabbing some breakfast to line your stomach we will take the shuttle to Munich for your second day of Oktoberfest revelry. You can choose to hit the beer halls or try one of our optional excursions: take a Bike Tour of Munich or a day trip to Dachau with Gordon’s Tours.
Shuttles back to the campsite will depart every 50 minutes with the last shuttle at 12.30am
Day 5: Neuschwanstein
Make sure you've got all your bags and belongings loaded onto the bus as we will take a day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle with your Guide. We then depart Munich for London and ferry from Calais to Dover.
Day 6: To London
We arrive back into London late afternoon.
